A soft jam like consistency with chillies, onion, garlic and spices. It is sweet but has a hot finish, making it incredibly versatile and moreish. Marinade chicken legs in it for a lovely heat and a sticky finish once cooked or add it to a stir fry for a sweet and spicy touch.
